PRODUCT AVAILABILITY:

All products are subject to availability. While every effort is made to show only in stock items, there may be instances where we run out of stock of an item. Upon placing an order, you will receive an emailed order confirmation. Please note that this is not a guarantee of product availability. Upon final processing and shipment of your order, you will receive a second confirmation of your order and its shipping details.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS:

Duties and other import related taxes and fees assessed by the recipient’s local customs authorities are the responsibility of the recipient. Unfortunately, we do not have any way of estimating what these costs are.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING & DELIVERY:

Orders are generally processed within 1 to 3 business days of receipt of your order. Please factor this in when estimating your order's delivery time. In general, domestic orders are shipped via US Postal Service and will arrive between 3 to 5 business days after your order has been processed.

cmotastudio is a small sustainable slow fashion business. At this time we cannot accommodate expedited shipping. 

RETURN POLICY 

You may return an item within 14 days of receipt for a refund. Returned items must be in their original, undamaged, unworn and unwashed condition, with all packaging and tags intact and attached. Please be mindful of perfumes, deodorants or other products that would leave a scent or stain when trying on items. 

Sale items are not eligible to be returned. 

cmotastudio reserves the right to reject any returning products that do not comply with the above-stated return policy. Rejected items will be sent back to the original shipping address. To avoid this, please contact our team to address any issues or concerns you have regarding the item(s) you wish to return

We are a small startup and at this time we are not able to cover return shipping costs. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
