PRODUCT AVAILABILITY:

All products are subject to availability. While every effort is made to show only in stock items, there may be instances where we run out of stock of an item. Upon placing an order, you will receive an emailed order confirmation. Please note that this is not a guarantee of product availability. Upon final processing and shipment of your order, you will receive a second confirmation of your order and its shipping details.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS:

Duties and other import related taxes and fees assessed by the recipient’s local customs authorities are the responsibility of the recipient. Unfortunately, we do not have any way of estimating what these costs are.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY:

Orders are generally processed within 2 to 5 business days of receipt of your order. Please factor this in when estimating your order's delivery time. In general, domestic orders are shipped via UPS Ground or US Postal Service and will arrive between 3 to 5 business days after your order has been processed.

RETURNS and EXCHANGES:

Items returned within 14 days of their original shipment date in same as new condition will be eligible for a full refund or store credit. Items returned within 30 days of their original shipment date in same as new condition will be eligible for a store credit. Shipping and handling is not refundable and all sale/discounted items are final purchase.

Requests for return or exchange must be made within 7 days of receipt of your order. Buyer is responsible for return shipping. Returns must be unworn, unwashed and be in original condition. Please email us at orders@cmotastudio.com to request a unique ____.

Upon receipt of your return, we will credit your credit card for the merchandise amount. Returns must be received within 7 days of return authorization issuance.

Items marked as FINAL SALE are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
